The challenges1. Political culture is getting worst and worst from year to year in management level. 2. After M&A, workforce reduction is happened every month, management not listen your challenge & suggestion to overcome, just think of cut cost chase a lot of talents away. 3. Managers and Seniors forming heavy culture of politics, with terrible management. 4. Tell Dell should be a tools to manage management performance, but now become some kind of election tools for managers. 5. Increment salary is less or stagnant( sometime ) compared to big MNC.
