- Manage big clients (i.e. Ninjavan and etc.)
- Ensure monthly report and supporting documents are send to the client for payment process.
- Manage all staff including security guards to ensure service provided are implemented according to requirement.
- Coaching, developing and guiding the branch staff to perform efficiently and effectively.
- Manage all post to ensure all necessary equipment’s and facilities are provided and well maintained.
- To find new business opportunity and to increase company’s revenue.
- To ensure all posts are well staffed and to handle recruitment activities when needed arise.
- To conduct periodic meeting with the client on any issues.
- Ensuring the client relations are maintained within the standards, including regular contact with the client, proactive problem resolution and oversight regarding daily client issues.
- To prepare monthly report to submit to the Managing Director HQ.
- To adhere to implement QMS as according to documented procedure effectively.
- Will take a lead role in ensuring profitability, maintaining the responsibility and control of the financial impacts to the branch and the company.
- Assist the management on the short term and long term basis. For future operational growth and expansion.
- Writing up SOP for departments and sites. (written SOP & Flow charts)
- To conduct safety audit, risk assessment audit and security audit for all sites.
- Handle all Immigration and KDN matters.
- To ensure all government project claim and supporting documents are submitted on time.
- To ensure all Branch Office KPI is achieved.
