    if you are the person who eager for experience and knowledge, this is the place, but not recommended for long term career development
    The good thingsif your are freshy garduate this the place where you can explore many things. The more proactive you are the more experience and knowlwdge you will get.
    The challengesYou have to do mutiple works at the same time. No rigid system, sometimes you you have to do other colleague task wich out of you job scope. This company does have bonus, travel for every 5 years of servicing and finally watches and jewellery but unfortunately stagnant in wage increament. the worst thing if you get heartless bos, lesssensetive and profit oriented person.

    The good thingsSalary is quite good with others benefits. Working environment is systemically organised but hard to maintain with most subordinates are foreign worker.
    The challengesTo prevent and maintain quality from outflow to customer. Repeating defects keep outflow to customer without conclusion and people start blaming each other

    The good things1 - Nice environment and can learn new thing with new product knowledge. 2 - Excellent communication with others staff and others department. 3 - Others people out there cannot know that product knowledge,but I can because my supervisor teach me A to Z about that product.
