    As a service technician nothing to gain knowledge here.
    The good thingsTeam work (only with service team).
    The challengesthey should provide training and keep on up to date on latest technology.Must give training and proper SOP to service technicians before handover the machines to customer.Its better to work togather with project team,could share the knowlegde.

    The challengesYou have to always be there when customer want you and solve the issue very precisely, Must have good mental and physical, good problem solving skill is a must and always focus because any mistake can relate with other incoming issue.

    The good thingsthey have perks such as employee car loan subsidy, claimable medical / optical cost up to RM 2000 per year, and a 5 day working week where a Saturday Public holiday is replaced accordingly. Salary is decent too. Milleage claim is also @ RM 0.70 which is reasonable, in my case I had a fix transport allowance
    The challengesthe management has been fixed for a long duration where the financial controller and GM work hand in hand for the Malaysian operation / office. In order to get their trust, will need ample time, whilst maybe scrutinized from time to time. A good time frame to gain their trust is within a 2 year window period
