    The good thingshere, my supervisor and other staffs are really helpful. they are very considerate to help me out as i was trainee for internship. also, there are a lot of training provided by Denso company that anyone can participate even if you are trainee. they make sure that all the staffs will have the lastest update about the technology so that they can improve their working performance.

    The challengesworking in an environment where the management bow to the union on almost everything. The environment where other departments are free to interfere with your job especially in the security. Policies are made but staff are free to choose to obey or disregards. Poor management of career advancement where only selected few will be given the opportunity for promotion and under paid.

    The good thingsSuperior exposed me to the challenging work of safety, health and environment field. Company provide me with a lot of training and also train me to become a trainer. Most of the employees work in professionalism. With the company age more than 30 years, nothing could ask more. Perfect!
    The challengesAs a safety, health and environment executive, i have to deal with all department and different characters of people. However with a discussion and meeting, we were able to conclude and solve the problem.
