    The challengesWe are not allowed to sit while working and the rest time given is too short which is around 10minutes.

    The good thingsYou can learn a lot about manufacturing in this company if you entering the Engineering team, your job scope is big and you must be able to handle work pressure, if you stay longer and be punctual your future might be in the management level, a lot of improvement have been made since 2018, a lot of benefit for the staff and pay OT
