The challenges1) Leadership could do more to empower senior managers and department heads to lead and do what they do best
2) More also could be done to encourage greater entrepreneurship and innovation among employees and also business partners
3) Given its remote location, leadership needs to encourage and allow senior managers and department heads to further make this a great place to work for all employees.
