Overall, company need lot of improvement.ej
The good thingsCompany has embarks digitalization system rather than using conventional method. Need more improvement. The system developed by local bumiputera. The environment of this company was pleasant.
The challengesIts been years salary was not adjusted to meet market demand. Top management really need more involvement and actively generate income for company. Otherwise, high turn over will keep on increasing.

One of the worst company to work in. Unorganized, the management is clueless about the business, and unprofessional. Company still owe a lot of its employee EPF contribution money that was held for a year. HR department is the worst, failed to work with transparency and have high records of turnover rate; evidence in unique resignation numbers.
    The good thingsLocation is strategic.
    The challengesNo value proposition.

The challengesThe company used to have a good environment and but then it's getting worst with new management and political issues from higher management and the HR department.

    Salary
The good thingsTheir engineer really knowledgeable.
The challengesThey always delay pay salary every month , sometime they pay on 7th every month which is they said they going to pay on 28th of the month. Very poor in term of financial, if they got project they got money or else they dont have money meaning to say they dont have sustain fund to run a business.

You got learn a lot more disciplines than just your position requirement
The good thingsYou got to ask the employees about anything regarding the business. They are willing to help you at anytime, as long as you show them your best effort to try and learn and apply. You got to jump from your position, to another department and learn from them, gaining wider knowledge.
The challengesNone of them that is too serious and too hard to be handled. The salary is pretty good for a fresh graduate.

Experience Working in Local Malaysia company's
The good thingsThe company's will understand how the working culture in Malaysia. For example, they will know how long holiday the holiday required during Hari Raya. Compare with other MNC company's that followed international system. And also, it's good for career decelopment. It's because, when you work in small company, you need to be multi tasking worker's. You need to do from A to Z.
The challengesYou need to be hardworking worker because you will hold so many responsibility. The salary what you get will be less from the MNC or big company due to financial status. Sometimes, you will not get any trainings for the task that have been gicen to you. You need to study and learn by yourself.
