    The struggle is real
    The good thingsEvents that took our mind off from working. Awesome environment, facilities, handful of colleagues and room of improvement.
    The challengesQuite a lot of burden. Working with kids must be vigilant, and we have to sneak own 'rest' time and eating time.

    Learning the Hard Way
    The good thingsGood colleagues, friendly students and parents, amazing facilities.
    The challengesWe have to spend too much time on school's events, more than academic. When I first start teaching, no one was really there to guide me and I have to find solution all by myself. I mean, if I am requesting paper for art lesson, and people will ask me if I could use the back side of used paper. Think?

    The good thingsWorking at the here I can develop my communication skills. It make me feel more confident when discuss with supplier. It also teach me to punctual our dateline of paperwork. At the same time I learn more about purchasing system.
    The challengesTo fulfill customer requirement under estimate dateline. I also must to find the best lead time and price for the goods that I purchase. Have to take risk when the good not arrived follow the lead time that I discuss with the supplier.

    The good thingsThe good thing is the school likes to organize so many cultural events. That, to me, was fun.
    The challengesThe management are controlled by an owner who's not very into education. It's all about money.
