    Prepare for some late night working
    The good thingsBasic salary is pretty nice. but you are expected to work with tons of manual intervention and lots of processes. You can learn a lot working in here, and the bosses are supportive and somewhat understand people's issues and concern.
    The challengesI have a 3 months old baby and made it clear to the team, however, they still expect me to work till late at night. the work-life balance does not suit me and it worries me somehow that my first son will have to grow stronger with me being in the office more than 9 hours every day.

    The good thingsOpportunities to learn, colleagues are helpful and give full support, learn new things and develop my multi tasking skill in a fast paced environment. I also have a chance to travel as part of my job is handling events. The companies also encourages their staff to do CSR which give you a chance to contribute to the society.
    The challengesThe network systems is quite slow and my computer always hang. Need to upgrade the processor in order to for you to work efficiently as you need a little downtime to work in a fast-paced environment.
