    The good thingsLearn a lot, great team work, exposure to semiconductor industry, immediate superior mentally challenge you in a good way, develop management and interpersonal skills.
    The challengesWork extra hours and sometimes on the weekend, have to manage group of people who sometimes wont listen to you.
