    The good things- "Some" colleagues are friendly and helpful. - Flexible working hours, as long as fulfill the 8 working hours per day policy. - Able to work from home.
    The challenges- Having little politic on some department. - Sometime need to work over night to resolve critical issue or fulfill customer requirement. - No OT allowance. - Legacy tool and framework used in application. - Manager does not frequently follow up on task progress. - Limited opportunity to learn new technology. - Limited office area.
