    Malay culture and friendly company
    The good thingsMost of the staff are friendly and supportive. Always have snacking time and get staff price for the product. Recommended for fresh graduates to gain experiences.
    The challengesThe company have financial issues which affected your OT's payment and EPF but the salary is always paid on time. Also the salary offered is low and no career development even if you are capable to improve your job scopes. Most of the management are old timer and cannot accept new ideas.

    The good thingsGood working environments. For those who worries about where to stay, this company provides hostels that convenient and comfortable. There are also have free lunch every day, that will save your money pocket definitely.
    The challengesThere's so much deadlines to meet and you gonna be aware. so, you must have work overtime sometimes to meet the deadline. Working balance is very important for me, so it will be the issues for me.
