WholesomeThe good thingsI was interning here for a couple of months, the company really does sticks to its values and beliefs in terms of their main concept of making you feel as if you're a part of a big family. They are open and often encourage healthy communications between each other to ensure the working environment stays positive and healthy.
The challengesThe company encourage you to try and discover a lot yourself, It is something of a good thing to develop own skills and discover new stuffs about yourselves but it can get out of hand if a person is someone who needs a lot of guidance from the beginning. High chances of messing things up on your own, and being clueless if you have no initiative to ask a lot but still needs to be considerate as everyone is extremely busy most of the time.
