Join to learn, not to stay
The good thingsThe peers I worked with were great. This is a small company where you can learn a lot.
The challenges- bosses kowtow to clients. you have no rights or say when a client requests something. was regularly asked to go above and beyond my job scope (doing things i had no training in) to deliver to clients. - no transparency. - office politics. if you get along well with the higher ups, you're safe. if not...

    Wholesome
The good thingsI was interning here for a couple of months, the company really does sticks to its values and beliefs in terms of their main concept of making you feel as if you're a part of a big family. They are open and often encourage healthy communications between each other to ensure the working environment stays positive and healthy.
The challengesThe company encourage you to try and discover a lot yourself, It is something of a good thing to develop own skills and discover new stuffs about yourselves but it can get out of hand if a person is someone who needs a lot of guidance from the beginning. High chances of messing things up on your own, and being clueless if you have no initiative to ask a lot but still needs to be considerate as everyone is extremely busy most of the time.

    A Place To Nurture Individuals
The good thingsAfter you've hit a certain milestone excellently, you will be given the freedom to do what you think is best for the clients and the team. They trust you about 80% of the time and are very open to ideas. They also treat you like family, try to understand your likes and dislikes as well as finding common ground in the things you are interested in such as movies, dramas, music etc.
The challengesExpanding the team so that we all have backups and we are able to each focus on the things that we should be focusing.
