The challengeswhen i got something but i don't know how to handle and it make me feel scare . also when i have take my mc but deep inside in my heart i feel pity for my office mate that have to cover my work . and the challenge in myself is when i have to decide to leave this company . also when all our need is under control . other wise they must know that things that their buy mostly have been waste company money , that should their change . its also make our staff feel angry and feel stress .and be appreciate us . give us some bonus and take us go company trip . thats make staff more happy and lets them do their job very well because their feel company can give something when they do well .
