    No and no recommendations
    The good things-bonus split into monthly but hard to get full
    The challenges-No 13th month ,bonus base on kpi that hard to achieved, favouritism , if management like you ,full kpi -hold salary for ppl who resigned -low pay, increment three percent, hard to get promoted due to favouritism -no annual dinner no cross team building(combined 2 yr A.dinner cost cutting)

    The challengesManagement sometimes has unrealistic expectation on the devops team and the recent change to back to office seems less appealing, considering some people are living far from the office. Increment is not up to expectation.

    The challengesThere is no Annual Bonus for GBS team (they provide Monthly Incentive Program), The workload starts slow but at 2 years you will be packed and loaded, career development is also quite dim even when you proved that you can do a lot.

    Sinking ship. Do not join.
    The good thingsLike MNC, most of the benefits are good. The working arrangement is also flexible.
    The challengesBonus is not based on personal performance. Increment is only 5-7%. However, the worst part is they are now only hiring new joinee from Chennai. I don't see any future working here.

    The good thingsLike the team cultural. Clear expectations towards the task assigned. Focus on quality over getting things done. Know your limits. Know your strength and put it on the run.
    The challengesEvery department may carry a different culture even though there should be only one culture in the Centre hence creating room for gossip and rumor. Each department has different expectation for each individual performance even though it falls under same grade / bucket - felt imbalance and hence not easy to be recognized. Maximize individual limits to delivery the task assigned within the given period. Business needs comes before an employee career development.
