    The good thingsThe brand DHL itself is a good thing. Good flow of work process. Great exposure to learn about freight forwarding industry and the business strategy. Helpful colleagues. Flexible work on behavior. A place you can be shine and can be recognized if you can talk well.
    The challengesBeing contract employee is hard. No entitlement for bonus or any benefits unless Fixed term employee (FTE) will receive good benefits. Increment not annually. You can't be yourself. Sometimes need to be please your superiors to get things done.
