    It’s a good company
The good thingsThe monthly salary actually is quite good. And they do provided hostel.
The challengesBut the working hour seems like a bit too long since they are follow the mall’s operating hour. Besides, you will get crazy if you didn’t serve a customer in a day since the working hour is starts from 10am to 1030pm.

    Great
The good thingsThe working environment is good and the company is willing to invest the resources to employees such as provide product knowledge & sales training. The backend such as marketing and inventory is willing to support frontline.
The challengesWell, there is still much room for improvement in product development, marketing strategy and move forward with the online sale. 1. Product development - maybe can develop more products (design or price) that suit to local market 2. Marketing strategy - maybe can advertise more on TV, billboard or other sources instead of magazines. 3. Online sale now is a trend and we cannot avoid it. Hence, we should take it as an advantage to online sale to the new generation.
