    Leaving the company has mix feeling. Thanks to Steve, I have grown both professionally and personally during my time here and am grateful for the opportunities and experiences I’ve had.
    The good thingsSupportive environment. Colleagues and management is very supportive. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand, share knowledge, and work together towards common goals. The management takes feedback very seriously and they listened. The company has been continuously expanding.
    The challengesWhile the company culture is generally open, there were times when communication between departments could have been more streamlined. Like communicationg between JB and KL and Sg. But having said that, they have a meeting room equipped with e-meet facility.

    i learnt a lot from this company. The boss is understanding and kind. The team is very supportive and understanding. Everyone are cheerful and willing to guide newbies and the environment is good with nice pantry for meals and relax. Everything is provided for.
    The good thingsThey accept fresh graduates and experience personnel as well.
    The challengesEnglish language is mostly use here. But malay chinese also can.

    The good thingsAble to reach directly to the boss. Management is logical and down to earth. Love the freedom to explore and empowerment. Surau is provided and management cares about the staffs. Collogue overall is very supportive environment
    The challengesParking is an issue if you come on time. But that can be solve if you come to work 10 to 15mins earlier.

    The challengesThe parking can be a challenge but it can easily overcome if employees come earlier rather than on time.

    The challengesWorking hours and tasks arrangement can be more clear and balanced. Maybe can implement 'flexibility working' according to staff ability, salary, and ownership.
