    The challenges- No proper process documentation. You may be the 1st person who initiate the process. - Training period is shorten from 1 month to 2 weeks which caused lower service quality. - Management has no proper planning.

    The good thingsInternational exposure. Great support from immediate superior. Employee benefits is good. Promotion opportunity is always open, as long as you will to ask and commit. Entertainment room in office.
    The challengesLots of organizational changes. Company direction is not align within global, regional, and local. ITIL based process, but only the frame work is ITIL. New leadership is ambitious, but do not know how to lead and plan.

    Probably the best call center ever
    The good thingsFree cold/warm mineral water that you don't have to queue up to have. Free warm milo, coffee, chocolate, etc. They the nescafe maker that have a few options of drinks to choose from. Flexible time, great colleagues, bosses are amazing as they should be. Most fun and relax environment.
    The challengesGetting to know the system and doing the troubleshoot if this is your first time, then this could be challenging! But it was my first time too and I had fun playing around with the systems! It may take more time to learn if you are not passionate with what you're doing. However in my case, it's pretty much easy as I really love my job and planning to build my career here.

    chill company but intense at times.
    The good thingsI get to work with one of the worlds biggest ATM and POS distributors. Interesting at least. Great place to makes friends and make enemies. The most relaxing job you ll ever experience.
    The challengesSo many things that needed to improve there. Need better supervisors, better knowledge flow, better working condition and working hours. Sometimes too relax and sometime things goes out of control and intense.

    The good thingsThe management offer flexibility working hour; and the option to work from home which convenient and able to catch some urgent matter pertaining to family. The management also continuously improve their HR processes especially on staff benefit and facilities. Consistently,enhanced the communication skill within team and bosses to ensure hiccup being resolved and attended promptly.
    The challengesTo reduce the ADHOC task especially close to weekend or long holiday that impacted on family relationship. Therefore, the management should restructure the work chart and find the root cause of the issue. Would suggest as management should identify the objectives, give priority based on list and also have the contingency plan.

    The good thingsWorking time in this position is flexible, as long as the project are finish within the timeline. Manager and senior are good in guiding people and helpful, I can ask for help when I facing a issue. They willing to help if they are free.

    The good thingsEnvironment working with other colleague fun and talkative. Even the situation have ups and down but they always a colleague to encourage to keep going and assist you to never give up on the task given.
