    Enjoyable
    The good thingsThe working environment that allowing you to work with others, to combine with others department in one room and ability to speak out your opinions. They create good team bonding by having a team outing, lunch and sometimes went to do outdoor activities together. Digi is a good company to grow in your carrier. An additional mark is you don't like wearing formals everyday, Digi allowing you to wear smart casuals!
    The challengesThe challenges that I encounter while working here is on how people expecting you to know everything about Digi. they will ask everything that is related to Digi products and services even if you're not working in those areas. By this, I believe the employees itself are actually the ambassador of a company.

    The good thingsAcknowledge customer even when busy try to do the best to all walk in customer, and keep smile and have good eye contact with customer. approach the customer and help the customer to solve the problem and build a good relation ship between customer. Enjoy to serve every one with a big smile .
    The challengesLearn the product knowledge to serve and do better . Analysis the customer need and recommend the suitable product for them . Educate customer do use useful app to do self-service to make them feel convenience using it.
