    good working environment with colleagues, the bad part is they need to improve their employee relation and revise the remuneration for staff. send your staff to training as they deserve it.
    The good thingscolleagues are fun, work life balance 10 out of 10, no overtime
    The challengesits hard to adapt the reality of benefits given is bare minimum, the bar is too low. the departmental organization are messy and no proper SOP to transfer staff internally, very high turnover of staffs, salary is just enough to survive. parking are not provided for staff, need to pay hourly.
