A place for growthThe good thingsWorking here will definitely increase one's capacity. Opinions and ideas are valued. Employees are urged to be more than just "photocopying machines" taking orders. It is a place that's constantly changing and improving themselves. Hence, many times employees find themselves out of their comfort zones. One is expected to be independent and self-sufficient. A place where one gets a lot of exposure.. "Not possible" is not an option, employees are always urged to try. The employers are edgy but they are all really kind and nice people deep down. Tough love, that's what it is here. All in all, this is an excellent place for growth. Good place for people who want to put in the time to improve themselves. No regrets being exposed to this environment.
The challengesThe working hours tend to be long. It is based on the workload. If one manages to meet the required quota, no issue in going back on time.
They have very close deadlines hence it can get pretty stressful. Nevertheless, what working space isn't stressful?
Most people, find this part the main issue here.. The method to communicate and critic may be pretty harsh.. They can be quite sharp when commenting. An area I believe they are improving on. :)
