    The good thingsPretty unique company setup with various project type, Good & Strong team to backup and support project work needs. With pretty casual management & reporting. Process & Procedure is in place this is something i have not come across in my past working experience life overall great learning and exposure during my stay
    The challengesDue to cross country collaboration with DM singapore & thailand sometime communicating with fellow colleague is a challenge, due to different background and language. Need to be very meticulous and savvy. And due to cross platform and function there's a need to hand on on certain task which will be quite stressful at times but that's how i learn and overcome it

    The good thingsPlenty of things to learn, pretty unique working process with multi talented pool of talent, very horizontal management style, the company encourage cross learning and collaboration with the different department vs typical creative/interactive/digital agency
    The challengesProject lifespan from a very long haul to super rush, pretty demanding pool of client but partly due to the work over here is top of the line interactivity with unique delivery
