    Tough, Fast Paced, Overworking
    The good thingsStaffs very friendly, provide good food, nice environment,
    The challengesone person is in charge of a lot of things. lots of work need to be done in very little time. they have daily and weekly deadlines. eventho overwork they still pick up more projects without expanding the team and dividing the work properly. higher management need to be more in listening to their staffs. long working hours is very normal

    Not a great working environment
    The good thingsPeople are mostly friendly..
    The challengesManagement is not competent to deal with work and clients. There is lack of management for almost all projects. No proper system in place. Work culture/environment is toxic. You are required to work overtime every day including weekends, and I think most of that is also because of lack of management, everything need to be done last minute. Lack of leadership and guidance for new comers as well as junior staff.

    The good thingsThe team, the environment, the commitment, the different types of projects, the management/higher ups attitude, the understanding & the openness of the office, work ethics and work commitments.
    The challengesThere will always be projects that could be a challenge in both timelines, pressure and requirements. But not something that is a deal-breaker as this is the norm.
