    Salary is optimum, but work are challenge
    The good thingsnot all the colleagues are helpful but some are friendly, cozy environment, learn a lot of skills, good on empathy on the colleague, salary is paid on what we as a waiter deserve to claim. provide promotion opportunities. have free staff meals and a free hostel for full-time employees, leaves are claimable.
    The challengesStrict boss, every rule and regulation on job and grooming was counted on SOP, need to fulfill customer high expectation on service, high chance of meeting the brutal customer. need to overcome the stress from the job.

    Be a Positive and passion at the work
    The good thingsI can speak Japanese, and make them happy. A good manager who can help our group to handle the customer's problem, learn more about the new things from them,good captain who trained us to be a good leader to assist newbies about problem. Good supervisor can discuss with us about the problem and learn some a lesson from their experience.
    The challengesPromote position to learn some new thing, how to manage the restaurant, Strict orientation to ensure every service is being maintained smooth, example food hygiene, serving method. Be a manager, must proficient at the administrative of restaurant, how to solve about the customer, every week must report to the department of manager.
