    The challengesToxic environment due to seniority culture. It's really hard to adapt with colleagues if they unwilling to welcome new comer. One of my friend need to resign within 2 weeks just because he/she did not meets supervisor expectation. What do you expect from them if it is just 1 months working there??

    The good thingsThey respected and encouraged everyone to contribute, everyone is treated equal and I felt very welcome by people not only in my department but also other departments.
    The challengesQuite a lot of workload. The marketing department had a lot to manage at once and perhaps they could improve by dividing up the department more, such as a specialized department for graphic design, etc.

    Mission driven organisation
    The good thingsManagement emphasis a lot on personal growth. Always given opportunity to push ourselves and experience new things. Clear about goals and KPI we need to achieve. Good & supportive team members. Hard work is being rewarded properly.
    The challengesThere is a quarterly goal setting session with clear KPI being set and agreed with the manager. The KPI is ambitious but still achieveable with hard work. So, work life can be hectic here, not the place for people looking for a relaxing working environment. Suitable for people looking for challenges and want to push his/her limit. But I feel proud after able to achieve the KPI set :)
