    The good thingsProvides GST training, English class with British Council, 5 years awards oversea trip, 10 yrs awards oversea trip, annual trip if the company doing well, provides 18 days annual leave and 5 days week office hrs.
    The challengesWorking in a/c dept is very taxing, the employer will never trust a/c dept hence giving a lot of responsibility to the team. The dept has heavy workload, the system not really helps, majority reports were generated manually. Beside a/c dept, other dept is good to work. Will recommend friend to work in other dept but not a/c.

    The good thingsPeople here are very friendly. Company gives chances to learn and except your point of view. Most importantly, people here especially managerial personnel are willing to help and teach. Overall, I have learned so much along the way and has grown with the company in a healthy manner.
    The challengesHowever, the management may look into empowerment and paycheck. To be honest, the salary here is a bit low, but we do learn, so can't complain much. Empowerment wise, I think should give more chance to the senior exec. in making decision and to join in important trade shows. Lastly, please issue payslip!

    The good thingsMeeting and comunicate with various of people around the globe. Get to experiance a whole new level of the industry by selling products and having fun with the tourists with their tour. Able to satisfy people with their needs and necessity.
    The challengesTo create a package where various of local people to enjoy some of the package as well because of the price is not affordable for most locals don't be surprise that there are locals asking for the package products but once they know the price its turn down. If concerntrate on both sides in local and international it will be superb.

    Stressful
    The good thingsMy immediate superior on that time is good, willing to teach me as much as he can. Can even stay back and get our tasks done before dateline. He created a teamwork spirit. But not so after he left.
    The challengesTop management direct liase with me without going thru immediate superior. This makes me feel like lack of guidance and always in pressure mood
