My working life and experience in DISTEDThe good thingsMy colleagues are friendly and helpful. We work as team although some colleagues are different departments or schools with me. I learnt a lot of new knowledge and also soft skills such as improving my communication skills (English language) from the communication within my colleagues and students as well. I also learnt how to be confident speaker or presenter.
The challengesThe main challenge is this is my first permanent job after I graduated from my university. Normally I don't have much working experience in my life, so that I have to starting from 0, work hard to learn something new and also from mistake. Secondly, my present skill is very poor but I have to present a new IT system infront of my colleagues and also DISTED students.
