Flexible working hours and 100% subsidized parking
The good thingsThe company provides a structured SOPs and supportive cross‑department collaboration. Management generally encourages professional development and training resources are available for employees who take initiative. Work‑life balance is reasonable and the benefits package is competitive for the industry. Even though it's a fast paced environment but i get to learn a lot from this company. Flexible working hours, subsidized parking and the pantry is always full with beverages and snacks (even noodle cup!)
The challengesIf you are not used to a fast paced environment, it could be difficult to adapt.

Fast growing company with great opportunities for career development
The good thingsThe company ventures business into different countries .Thus, it gives me the opportunities to learn new knowledge. Besides, the management rewards the staff with remuneration that is commensurate with the work load and performance.
The challengesVery tight deadline is given for job assignment. Thus, the stress level can be quite high.

Good to build knowledge & experience
The good thingsLove the flexible working hours allows us to schedule our time to take care of our family/ personal needs. Young management which continue learning and open to ideas. Bosses are very considerate and understanding when things happen to our family/ children too. High workload usually comes with stress, but good reward in terms of position and monetary. Management tried their best to hire more staffs to ensure workload is split out.
The challengesHigh workload and challenging to adopt a lot of new knowledge in the solar industry.

    Very friendly working environment
The good thingsWhen I'm attending the interview, I found that the interviewer was very friendly and make me confident in this company, after I join this company only i found that he was the boss himself. And he continue his leadership upon our job. Colleagues in this company also very friendly, no office politic AT ALL!! This company rocks!!
The challengesThis will be a self motivating required jobs, as the boss said, they gave you all the freedom and hope you can control your freedom by yourself. And also have to find myself any chances to learn about this job, as my senior colleagues were in other sites, I could only meet their voices through phone but not in person.
