    A place to learn and earn, nice working environment for fresh grad and experience experts.
    The good thingsCompany with SOP for me to follow how to do my work. Senior will give training and guide me. Company has good use of system which I can learn like CRM and AI to close customers easier.
    The challengesThis is a fast growth company, sometimes peak season orders are many. Need to reply customers faster. We have KPI to hit. Need to feedback more ideas for management to know and improve.

    Great experience to working in a super-friendly environment company.
    The good thingsThis company provided good working environment where the employer will care about you. The employer is a good listener where their employees may express their opinions freely. There is no barrier between employee and employer. During my internship in this company, the marketing department were very helpful, all the seniors worker also provided their hands for help. In this company, I have experience many activities such as covering photobooth for events, interviewing internship, making digital advertisement to be posted in social media and also making several designs for merchandises.

    Improve my skills for higher value and salary
    The good thingsit is a place for everyone to learn and improve their skills. Company will reward according to our contribution & value in incentive, bonus & increment. Mostly young people who are energetic, creative and innovative are working here. Thus, we may learn from each other as well.
    The challengesManagement is very strict and have high expectation towards our performance. If can't get used to it, it is kind of stressful. Else, it is a good place to discover your weaknesses and improve yourself for a better employee. Thanks again.

    The Boss is Super Cool
    The good thingsThe employer is very kind and understanding. They will not scold you but instead guide you through your troubles and mishaps. Your peers are very patient and ready to teach you whatever you need to know. As it is a small company, everyone knows everyone and you won't have to worry that you will be accused wrongly, your supervisors will always check with you before they take any actions.
    The challengesThe job can sometimes get overwhelming and you might not have time for yourself even during lunch break. I wish customer service could be a post on its own.
