    Challenging and independent
    The good thingsHave a chance to work in manufacturing company and the pressure we facing everyday with the tight schedule. Liaise with all department like Production Planner, Material Planner, QA, RnD and Engineering team in order to ensure the production is under control with the good output.
    The challengesEveryday facing a different problems with human, machine and process that challenge me to solve the problems and to make sure its effective and not repeated again. Besides, should have a good thinking skill and how to communicates when having a problems also, have a backup plan/internal plan to ensure the production is smooth and without delaying others process.

    The good thingsIn this company i learned how to plan material. Firstly, when get new order have to plan schedule for production. Secondly, when schedule are planned, material also need to plan for production. Need to plan for raw material, accessories and other. After received the raw material and accessories, the production can continued to sewing process.
    The challengesThe challenges come part when plan the raw material and accessories, because when the raw material and accessories come late or delay, the production line will stop.
