    Good place to start a new career.
    The good thingsGood environment and company layout. Office nice nice. HOD put effort to make sure everybody can work in a comfortable space. Have everything you need to start the career. Boss in friendly and colleagues are easy to work with (from my experience). No office politics.
    The challengesNothing is hard but also nothing is easy. Basic to moderate problem solving skill is highly recommended. Some job positions maty need to travel a lot. Local company so career path is rather limited.
