The challenges- Extremely redundant use of personnel particularly interns. Lack of initiative from middle management to utilize subordinates in order to get tasks done and facilitate their projects. Subordinates are have been screened and evaluated to be of certain standards, but yet there seems to be a lack of understanding of that from senior engineers that makes it near impossible for them to delegate relevant work that would improve efficiency and instill greater work experience and know-how for subordinates.
- Menial administrative work being distributed to interns even though it is out of their respective job scope. Due to poor management and delegation of project tasks, idle subordinates (even fresh graduates) are then tasked with administrative work like decorating the office
