    Sometimes feel happy, sometimes not
    The good things- Some people is nice
    The challengesPoor communication with top management and the most that I dont like is gossip is spread all around. I feel that here is not really good in management and also no proper guidance for newbie.

    Poor communication. Particularly with top manangement.
    The good thingsSome people is nice.
    The challengesToo much politics & there is people with negative aura everywhere. Make working not really enjoyable. My personal suggestion is, Company need to change the bad culture & tradition or do something to "some people" that busybody with things that have nothing to do with their work. They even didn't try to understand the scope of work of others.
