    to much office politics and only certain staffs are given option for career path.
    The good thingswas a good company when i joined in 2015 and when then boss.
    The challengespolitics if you are close to bosses are you will recognized else no career path no need to waste time. HQ staff whom does not have any knowledge of local regulation does not listen to suggestions and like to work their way.

    Good exposure but management very bad
    The good thingsGood exposure and experience. Able to learn so many thing in construction industry.
    The challengesoperation team practice to stay back until late at office or sleep over during closing days which is not a good practice. Your boss are not base in this country hence all your work been monitoring by other HOD department.
