    As advice, not worth it for those who seek for career development.
    The good thingsClean environment, spacious surau, got canteen with low price which is good to support empolyees.
    The challengesshared tasks and had to give in to more influential employees and were blamed for not achieving work targets. So sad. Working with toxic people and teams makes me unmotivated to got to work. For uninfluential and unranked workers, small mistakes are magnified but influential workers are not blamed even if the mistakes are big. Increment are low, for me, i only get rm50 increment annually.

    The good thingsFirst of all, the management were good to the other staff, with the hierarchy systems the work will be less stressful and can get help from senior staff. Besides, this company are using updated machine to improved their efficiency of process.

    I have gain new technical skill and improve my skills
    The good thingsI learnt more new things and willing to learn many more about any technical and managerial skills to improve my knowledge. I also can suit myself there and be a good team mate at work place. I learnt to not limit my challenges but challenge my limits!
    The challengesI easily feel stress when got many task to settle or handle at one time. But I managed to handle it. I put urgent task as a priority and continue the other task which is less urgent until it successfully done.
