    I hantar surat last 28hb tapi dia tanye kenape datang sedangkan belom sampai 28hb
    The good thingsNothing best. No one.
    The challengesNo OJT. I was there but HR mia. No training. They expect 1 or 2 times guide new staff be expert. When i ask how she answer *kejap awk punye tak urgent, sy punya urgent* i think dah banyak kali tanye still jawapan yg sama. Mungkin staff tu xsuka sy 😄 but don't know why. Do i care?

    Management won't appreciate your contribution to the company unless you are in the sales team, which can bring a lot of sales to the company.
    The good thingsN/A, bad company ever
    The challenges- bad management (unfair treatment towards sales and office team) - working hours not follow the rules (exceed 8H per day and 45H per week) - bad benefits - PUA culture to staffs

    Learn and work on your own without any support.
    The good thingsSometimes, it can be a little relaxed. This is due to lack of direction.
    The challenges6 working days with alternate weekend. No leader to guide and management not helpful. Only I have to try and find a way to solve things. Experienced ones do not share knowledge or guide.
