Good company for gaining experience but not for long term
The good thingsGreat colleagues. Friendly working environment. Freedom to work independently. Salary is average for fresh graduates but still competitive. A multinational company although most of the top management are Korean. Have a few subsidiaries globally. Great benefit especially for annual leave.
The challengesNeed better rewards system for employees. Should give the employer better bonuses when company is doing well. Sometimes top management make empty promises or change the policy easily. Insufficient training and skill development.
