    BLERGH.. NOT RECOMMENDED!
The good thingsNothing to like here. Except for their tea break, birthday celebrations, activities, annual dinner, & events in the office.
The challengesHave a lot of bad things to say about the working environment & culture in this company. Very very toxic environment, poor management, being forced to resigned (no wonder the high turnover), strong office politics, when the colleagues don't even like you & you're a minority, you'll be abandoned and put aside (strong bad influence from the graphic design, and content and marketing dept), no work life balance, there's always the "groupies and favourable" vibe, too fast pace... overall, just don't work here. Cherish your mental and emotional health.

Think twice; I’ve stated it very clearly.
The good thingsThe salary is slightly higher than the market rate, about 10-15%. They offer Wednesday tea time, staff benefits, and a 13th-month salary.
The challengesThe work environment is bad, with no work-life balance and overloaded tasks. They expect you to respond instantly, even outside office hours. The management is poor, causing a high turnover rate. You can see the evidence from their constant job postings—the position is always open. If the job is good, why do they keep hiring? The pay and allowances are good, but why is everyone leaving?"

The good thingsStaff benefits, perks, medical benefits, company trip, 13-mo salary, annual dinner, team building, welfare & innovations, and etc
The challengesOverly fast pace, changes management need improvement.

Enviroment, culture, career enhancement and future
The good thingsYou can manage and work together with admin team "which is why need to" as IT should have their own department and exposure. It is a good company but 90% chinese so that you will have barrier while they speak mandarin.
The challengesThat time i need to report to admin manager that "know everything" but blur all the time.

    Building Structure from Scratch
The good thingsI like new thing thus I enjoy scratching picture, building up SOPs, provide guidelines to the members of the company. Most of the matters can be discussed and the management really hear you. Changes will be made along the way to address the feedback and suggestion from the floor.
The challengesThe expansion speed. You may not able to imagine admin personnel have global exposure.

    Fast Pace and Good Colleague
The good thingsYoung and dynamic team. Open communication. Lots of thing to learn, new exposure, unique industry that allows you to have different view and perspective from the traditional corporation approach.
The challengesMultitasking, rapid business expansion thus have to pick up many new tasks before new members joined in. Overall is a good company.

    Vast Regional Exposure
The good thingsAs the business is expanding very aggressively around the world, there is a chance that you will be involved in different regions/countries setup. Not many companies in Malaysia will have this kind of exposure especially in a global market scale.
The challengesThe downside is that you have to cope with the adhoc projects and workload like this due to the rapid expansion. Every department keeps hiring due to short of manpower and the speed of expansion is too fast. This is a fast-paced environment if you like a challenging environment like this.

Goals are High but executions are...
The good thingsCo-worker in general are kind.
The challengesA plan need to have many parties' approval due to Team Leads' egoism, conservative mindset, as well they'll try their best to protect their territory or comfort zone when changes should be implemented

    Interesting and Great Exposure
The good thingsInteresting and very niche industry. When we think we are experienced and can contribute directly, but we are wrong. There are many industry knowledge you have to understand but good thing is the Company allowed time for your to learn and develop your skills. Fast pace working environment. Colleagues are good and friendly.
The challengesJuggle around on understanding the knowledge and system. We have to be resilience. Got to treat ourselves as newbie and learn from scratch. If you are "thin skin" you cant survive but if you can bend yourself you to learn from junior will be excelled and be a great contributor and manager.

The good thingsFriendly colleagues and weekly tea time benefits
The challengesTerrible working culture as the company expect you to standby anytime and very manually work! Work life balance is impossible here! Although they said they’re open for discuss but when you really voice out they will think you can’t copped the work and will scold & hint you to leave the job. Please don’t join this terrible company.

The good thingsCompany really taking care about the staff, will react to the response and concern. Impose working from home before second wave.

    Selfish and 'Always Right'
The good thingsFriendly colleagues and tea time provided weekly.
The challengesTypical Mainlander. Your work would be messy as have to get different people to review. When there are so many reviewers, it would have different thoughts and opinions. Please don't ever think to 'jump' to these selfish and arrogant company. They always think they are doing the right thing while they actually doing the wrong thing. They go beyond the rules and compliances in making decisions.
