    The good thingsThey have a lot of benefits such as vending machine, festival gift, & well being
    The challengesPromotion are not based on KPIs, more to you make friends to them or not. To me I think here is a very toxic environment

    Working at this Fintech company established by a Chinese Entrepreneur has been a dynamic experience. Everything moves very quick here, and the turnover rate is high, with around 60-70% of employees staying less than 2 years.
    The good thingsYou mostly will be working with Gen Z & Gen Y. The colleagues here are friendly and nice. Great Benefits.
    The challengesYou will be working in a fast-paced environment where quick decision-making, adaptability, and effective time management are crucial. Due to the lack of manpower, employees often face long working hours.
