    Challenging Workplace
The good thingsEnvironment & Colleagues (But you might not see them for long)
The challenges1. The attrition rate in this company is phenomenal. If you can last for a year, you are considered exceptionally lucky. 2. Your contributions towards the company does not justify your position nor your pay. You might/may leving at a moment’s notice. 3. Management decisions can change faster than the weather. If you are not good at adapting, I suggest you stay away. 4. All decisions dominant by a single person (VP) with no clear protocols, SOPs or reporting line. 5. To save yourself trouble looking for a job 6 months down the road, try jobstreet harder now and update your LinkedIn. Thank me later, should you decide to turn down the job offer.
