    The good thingsThe company appreciates hard work and will reward achievers. Not too stressful to work. Will definitely come back if got chance.

    After merger the company turn worse, too many non performing staffs especially sales and marketing

    Handle machine for milling finishing part
    The good thingsLearn a higher skill manually and must quick thinking to solve a problem for shipment. And always do a work with safety and fast.
    The challengesThe callenges in this company is must solve the product for shipment. No matter what always perform, and learn from mistake. Thats is all i got.

    The good thingsFor the time being, travelling by public transports are convenience (soon will be inconvenient due shifting of office, yearly increment given, yearly performance bonus maximum 3 to 5 months and contractual bonus for support staff are all great. 5 working days only!
    The challengesHeavy work loads, long working hours, ridiculous deadlines set by the clients, that must be met until have to work over the weekend. A couple of arrogant and rude staff but appreciated by the Management is a huge challenge.. Otherwise, is enjoyable to work here..
