The challengesblame culture, no teamwork between malaysia branch and HQ, no training, no guidance, leadership is lacking in managers but still acceptable, no proper work flow, work is left to you to complete without proper due process, expected to do miracles with dateline, hard to control quality as some process is not under direct control(eg. subcon is doing the front end process, which makes it hard to control the quality of work), one man show most of the time
