    GOOD TEAMWORK AND ENVIRONMENT!
The good thingsThey appreciate all the hard work, give bonuses, and everyone is a team player who work together to reach datelines. Having discussions and group meeting every week where everyone is entitled to voice up and discuss every issue together. Having classes every week that encourage every staff to upgrade themselves. Overall, it's a good company to work with!
The challengesMultiple datelines, multiple disciplines to liaise with, datelines every week.

My best First Architectural Job experience
The good thingsnearly 5 years here, the company treats the employee well, and a great place to experience big projects. Multiple level experience of co-workers also help you grow here, besides very comfortable and encouraging atmosphere
The challengesSometimes, you have to be alert, to get to learn a lot of thing. The trick is to always be involved, not just doing your given task, or else, you will not be noticed. This will always happen in a larger firm, i guess.

The good thingsThe great office culture will build up a comfort zone for you to work comfortably.
The challengesOverly following the standard of the HQ which is difficult to apply it in Malaysia as the culture, social economics, and the context is different.

    Overall Review
The good thingsThe office culture and environment is very good ! We will have 'bonding session' fortnightly and not much of political issue here. Working culture is considered quite healthy, provided if you are in a decent team with a good leader. Overall, the office satisfy the need of good environment and social needs, however the downside is that, the payroll is miserably low.
The challengesThe challenging part would be any internal coordination or communication with the HQ SG branch. Job scope and responsibility is quite blur when dealing the the HQ team. Things could get really annoying when the HQ team trying to push everything back to the KL team.
