    The good thingsThe employer is good in people management and motivation. He always reminds his employees to be diligent with their work and committed to deliver their work to meet customer satisfaction. He is always very clear about the design direction and what the client's expectation with regards to the design and cost required for the project.
    The challengesThe challenges the company needs to improve is to be more creative and innovative in design approach and to think out of the box but not compromising the quality when it comes to cost of materials and finishes used for the project while staying competitive in the market competition.
