    Reasonable Management & Expectation
    The good thingsPeers and colleagues are helpful. Superior are helpful & reasonable. Salary on time at all times. Bonus never failed. Comes with overseas company trip every year without failed. Learn a lot working here as everyone work as a team & carry the responsibility diligently
    The challengesChallenges - If you are a fresh grad or not in the industry, you are given chance to learn and improves yourself. If you can manage to work and learn and improve yourself here in this company, you are a different person out there

    The good thingsSuper stressful working here. Only 1 QS, but boss expect you know everything and know everything. Work until midnight, but boss not appreciated.

    The good thingsYou can learn a lot of things when working with this company. Working independently, good benefit and company trip.
    The challengesNo work-life balance. Boss will contact you 24/7. Boss is always right! no matter how good your design is you must follow his/her taste. Poor management.
