    The good thingsI have work for around 2 years in the company, Gain a lot of new knowledge and working experience. Appreciate for the help and support. As a Junior staff here, I feel blessed that I got the opportunity to share my ideas and my superior was always listen to it.

    The challengesI don't really feel stress because I take it all as my growth and a learning process. In fact, I am even more excited to work day by day and learn more new things. It was truly a great experience.

    The good thingsIt can make me build my confidence level to speak nicely. Have good workers that help each other (teamwork). Can help me to gain experience difference in my field (management). It also can build your leadership because they have a good leader that help their employees nicely.
    The challengesI don't have any basis for Marketing part in my life. But when they teach me and I'm a faster learning person, I can finish my task in the period that they want.

    The good thingsall colleague byk tlg i.... we all work as a team. tk kira chinese malay or any other races. Management evaluate performance by KPI system, so i think it might be good and more transparent.
    The challengessalary release by 5th of the month not the 30th or 1st day.

    The good thingsSo far i have working in the company for 3 years, everything is good. I have a very supportive boss and colleague which have make me continue to working here. Yearly bonus and increment, salary is consider fair, staff benefits is ok but not great.
