    Bad, fresh grad should avoid, experience staff also must do 2/3 person work. salary very low
    The good thingsNothing good, no bonus and increment for the pas 2 years.
    The challengesWork increases tremendously, but no hire staff one, if they see you can work, they wont hire another, No bonus or salary increment, HQ no OT & benefit. Very poor management.
