    The good thingswe can have a good communication and make it the best seller for our company. We also get experience as a supervisor operation we learning many things for our career and knowledge for our next job for our life.
    The challengeswe dont have enough staff to handle outlet because every month we doing stoke take for our responsibilty if the outlet have a short product.

    Lack of dynamism and maintain the old schools philosophy.
    The good thingsWell established in the travel retail business. Success and failure comes from the people with experience but lack of dynamism and new approach to meet present challenges. Very authoritarian in decision making.
    The challengesSenior management should be more professional and prudent in running the business. Adapt to new ideas and business models. Bottom-line is the ability to change in the company culture.. open communication is important and ability to accept critics by top management as positive.
